Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive work, including fault finding, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance of various air conditioning systems.
• Complete other building services duties in support of the team as required.
• Ensure compliance with company and site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation associated with all site works.
• Participate in a call-out rota and attend site emergencies outside of normal working hours.
• Perform tasks at height using various access equipment, with provided training and PPE.

Key Skills:

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• FGAS 2079 Cat 1 certification.
• Preferably NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• A minimum of 5 years practical experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
• Strong service, fault finding, and repair background.
