Summary: A global lifestyle brand is seeking a MMM Data Scientist to develop and implement its inaugural Marketing Mix Modelling framework within the Consumer Intelligence and Experience team. The role involves analyzing multi-channel datasets to measure marketing effectiveness and delivering insights to senior stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate with various teams and enhance modelling approaches using new data and techniques. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain MMM and MTA models to measure marketing effectiveness
- Analyse multi-channel datasets to identify ROI and performance drivers
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams on model inputs
- Communicate insights through visualisations and strategic storytelling
- Test and improve modelling approaches using new data and techniques
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in econometric modelling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and media planning
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
- Experience with MMM tools (Robyn, PYMC, Meridian) and budget optimisers
- Familiarity with dashboarding, causal inference, and incrementality testing

You'll help implement MMM in new markets, monitor performance, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
