Migration Solution Consultant

Summary: The Migration Solution Consultant will act as a crucial link between business requirements and technical components during migration implementations for a key client. This role involves leading a team, defining migration requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across impacted business units. The consultant will also provide training, quality assurance, and advice on best practices in migration and compliance. The position requires a strong understanding of the Wealth Management sector and the migration process within it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for the Migration Analysis team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Work with customers to define migration and business requirements, acting as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Understand the Platform Target Operating Model and advise on migration best practices.
• Coordinate between Migration and Platform Implementation teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of impacts.
• Lead Wealth Management Customers through migration readiness activities.
• Document bespoke customer requirements and ensure quality assurance of design documentation.
• Deliver training programs and knowledge transfer services to end customers.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance within the migration process.
• Support other areas of the customer's business with migration expertise.
