Summary: The Full Stack Software Engineer role at a pioneering startup focuses on creating technology that enhances digital accessibility for the deaf community. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship new customer-facing features across both frontend and backend.
- Design scalable systems and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product and design to bring ideas to life.
- Own your code end-to-end, from implementation to deployment.
- Help shape engineering culture in a small, high-impact team.
Key Skills:
- 6+ years' experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Proficient in frontend (React, Nuxt, JS frameworks) and backend (FastAPI, Node.js, GraphQL) systems.
- Ability to write clean, consistent code quickly and thoughtfully.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Strong commitment to inclusion and accessibility for overlooked communities.
Salary (Rate): £65,000.00
