Microsoft Trainer

Summary: The Microsoft 365 Trainer/Coach will provide digital workforce support at a client's Central London office for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role involves delivering in-person coaching, coordinating structured training sessions, and tracking tool adoption and productivity impact. The position requires a strong background in digital enablement and the ability to train on various technologies, including Microsoft 365 and AI tools. The role is expected to be onsite four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person coaching and support at the client's London offices
• Co-ordinate and run structured masterclasses, drop-in clinics, onboarding sessions, and tailored 1-to-1 coaching
• Coach a user base of approximately 200 individuals
• Track tool adoption, behavioral change, and productivity impact using analytics and qualitative feedback
• Generate quarterly KPI reports

Key Skills:

• Strong track record in digital enablement, enterprise L&D, change delivery, or workplace transformation
• Strong understanding and ability to train on Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and AI (ChatGPT Enterprise & Copilot)
• Ability to learn and coach on other technologies including Asana, Calendly, Cisco Webex, Docusign, Dashlane, Superhuman, and Zoom
• Gravitas, empathy, and strong communication skills
