Microsoft SharePoint Developer (SC Cleared)

Summary: The role of Microsoft SharePoint Developer requires an individual with strong on-premise SharePoint experience and active SC Clearance to join a public sector program. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. This contract position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site in London and two days remote work. The contract is set to last until March 2026 and is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build SharePoint 2016/2019/SE on-premise solutions
• Develop web parts, custom workflows, and integrations
• Enhance UI/UX with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS
• Use PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio
• Configure and manage SharePoint services, search, and profiles
• Integrate with 3rd party platforms and enterprise systems
• Implement governance, compliance, and security policies
• Deliver user training and support documentation

Key Skills:

• Active SC Clearance (minimum) – essential
• Expertise in SharePoint on-prem, SPFx, Visual Studio, PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, REST API, CSOM, and SQL Server
• Experience with workflow tools (Nintex, Power Automate)
• Familiar with DevOps, Git-based versioning, Agile environments
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Understanding of security best practices and governance in SharePoint
