Summary: The Microsoft Operations Executive role at Softcat involves providing operational support to corporate and public sector customers throughout the lifecycle of Microsoft agreements. Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the Microsoft Operations inbox, supporting internal and external requests
- Liaising with Microsoft Account Managers, Operations, and the Licensing teams
- Setting up small to large agreement contracts and validating Microsoft Agreements
- Supporting customers throughout their entire lifecycle including contracts, agreement setups, post-sales licensing, and portals
- Communicating with Softcat Account Managers, ensuring orders are placed correctly and on-time
- Facilitating with CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) queries
