Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration, deployment, and optimisation of Autopilot and Intune within a Dynamics 365 environment.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for Windows 11 devices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to streamline device onboarding and management processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across the organisation.
- Travel between several Midlands-based offices as part of hybrid working.
