Summary: My client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CE Technical Consultant for an initial 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible. The role requires extensive experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The position is hybrid, based in West London, and classified as outside IR35. Candidates should possess relevant technical skills and certifications in Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations using the Power Platform and Azure services.
  • Configure and customize Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules, with a strong understanding of the data model.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Proven ability in designing and deploying technical solutions using Power Platform and Azure.
  • Strong experience with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
