Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sr. Functional Consultant, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions. The role requires hands-on client engagement, training, and support for users across various business applications. You will also be responsible for project scoping, analysis, design, and documentation, ensuring quality and functionality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical environment.
- Hands-on implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- End-to-end tasks including project scoping, analysis, design, functional documentation, configuration, testing, mentoring, training, and go-live support.
- Assist in the development of training materials and ensure quality and functionality.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in software development project implementation.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management development and growth.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Dynamics and SharePoint.

As a MS Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Dynamics 365 implementation and be responsible for the scope of the project. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve the optimal solution. You will need to be hands-on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. Another key aspect of the role will be training and supporting multiple users of these business applications across the different end users you will be working with, by running workshops and assisting with the training materials.
