Summary: The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing tailored Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet client needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, leading project teams through the development lifecycle, and providing technical leadership. The architect will also extend the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 through custom development and integration, while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, guiding teams through all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities through custom development and integration with other systems.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9-12+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Proven architecting skills with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics applications and their functionalities.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and related programming languages and technologies.
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
