Summary: HCLTech is seeking a Microsoft D365 FSCM HR Consultant for a contract role lasting over six months, primarily hybrid/remote with occasional travel to the East Midlands. The position requires solid ERP experience, particularly with D365 HR and AX 2012, and involves managing HR module implementations and data migration. Candidates must be UK-based and eligible for NPPV level 3 security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement key HR module areas within D365 F&SCM.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation projects and apply typical methodologies for Dynamics projects.
- Handle D365 Finance HR data migration effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio for project management.
- Collaborate with teams and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Lead a team to deliver project module solutions and deliverables.
- Use DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Provide knowledge on various supply chain module enquiry tools and reports.
Key Skills:
- Solid ERP experience, preferably with D365 HR and AX 2012.
- Experience in key HR module areas and end-to-end implementation projects.
- Knowledge of D365 Finance HR data migration.
- Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience using DevOps for project tracking.
