Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and integrate Microsoft and third-party COTS/MOTS/MOD applications across enterprise and secure environments.
- Support application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, and migrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and deliver timely resolutions to maintain service continuity.
- Provide technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Ensure all applications meet compliance, security, and accreditation requirements.
