Summary: The Microsoft AI Architect role focuses on leading the strategy and governance of enterprise AI and Power Platform adoption within a high-impact financial services program. The position involves building scalable governance frameworks across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI, supporting over 100 applications and AI agents. The architect will engage with senior stakeholders and shape the organization's approach to AI and low-code development. This opportunity offers a greenfield environment for influencing enterprise AI strategy at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Power Platform strategy and governance in enterprise environments.
- Deliver Copilot Studio and AI strategy & governance.
- Develop expertise in Power Platform governance, including environments, pipelines, provisioning, licensing, and compliance.
- Enable Citizen vs Pro Developer models.
- Understand data governance and regulatory controls, particularly in Financial Services.
- Lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
- Design architecture across Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and wider AI platforms.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in defining Power Platform strategy and governance.
- Strong delivery of Copilot Studio / AI strategy & governance.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform governance.
- Experience enabling Citizen vs Pro Developer models.
- Strong understanding of data governance and regulatory controls.
