Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 services.
- Deploy, configure, and manage policies within Microsoft Power Platform and MS 365.
- Handle SCCM packaging and patch management processes.
- Resolve complex issues across multiple platforms with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and security best practices are followed.
- Utilize scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline administrative tasks.
- Provide clear and effective support and guidance to end-users and business stakeholders.
