Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3/L4 support for Microsoft 365 Copilot, handling complex incidents and multi-user issues.
- Perform root cause analysis across M365 Admin Center, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, Teams, and GPOs.
- Support policy changes, configuration updates, and mass deployments across the organization.
- Share Copilot knowledge and best practices with internal M365 application owners.
Key Skills:
- Good years of Microsoft 365 support experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with M365 Copilot.
- Deep knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, SharePoint & OneDrive permissions, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
- Background working in regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred).
