Summary: The role of Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Platform Developer involves designing, building, and delivering scalable Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on automation, collaboration, and AI-driven productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance modern SharePoint Online solutions including sites, document management structures, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
- Build and optimise business process automation solutions using Power Automate across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Develop custom applications and user experiences using Power Apps and modern SharePoint development approaches.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including AI-powered workflows and integrations.
- Develop and maintain SPFx solutions using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Work with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Azure services to extend platform capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to platform best practices and governance.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments, particularly within SharePoint, Copilot, and Power Platform technologies.

- Strong commercial experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Deep expertise across Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
