Summary: The Microsoft 365 L1 Support role involves providing technical support for M365 collaborative tools within an enterprise IT team. The position requires expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, while ensuring seamless operations across the organization. Candidates must possess UK Security Clearance and have a minimum of three years of IT support experience. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment with a focus on troubleshooting and managing M365 integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1.5 support for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Teams, including channels, chats, apps, and Teams Phone services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues remotely.
  • Work with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center tools to enforce security measures.
  • Support hybrid Exchange and Active Directory (AD) environments.
  • Understand and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) integrations with M365.
  • Prepare and document incident reports and follow ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
  • Utilize SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with Intune Device Management is beneficial.

Key Skills:

  • Candidates must hold a current and valid UK Security Clearance (SC).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of M365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Azure).
  • Experience working in a desktop/site support, TechBar, or remote support role.
  • Ability to manage tickets and service requests while meeting SLAs and OLAs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
