Summary: The Microsoft 365 Architect will lead a transformation project focused on the rollout of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuity of services. This role involves validating technical solutions from Managed Service Providers and driving the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions while enhancing user experience. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers to achieve project goals. The role offers flexibility to work from Belfast two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Challenge and validate the Managed Service Provider's (MSP) technical solutions and approaches.
- Drive the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions with actionable guidance and adherence to best practices.
- Enforce accountability by setting clear expectations for the MSP's delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Champion user experience to enhance productivity through the rollout of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant solution architecture experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Platforms, and Windows 11.
- Experience in architecting and leading technical migrations of legacy EUC environments to modern Windows 11/M365 solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 portals and tools, including Adoption Score and Secure Score.
- Experience in migrating from on-premises Group Policy (GPO) management to Intune management.
- Strong understanding of best practices for aligning Intune policies with CIS standards.
- Experience in implementing Microsoft Defender for Identity, XDR, and other M365 security tools.
