Summary: This role focuses on administering and supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration services within the organization. Responsibilities include managing core M365 workloads, overseeing user management and licensing, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and security groups.
- Oversee tenant-level settings, service configurations, and feature rollouts.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across M365 workloads and provide L2/L3 support.
- Configure and maintain M365 Security & Compliance features such as DLP, retention policies, and conditional access.
- Implement governance for data sharing and identity security, ensuring adherence to GDPR and ISO27001.
- Provide subject matter expertise for end-user computing tools integrated with M365.
- Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and support runbooks.
- Evaluate and manage updates from the Microsoft 365 Roadmap for safe adoption.
- Provide flexible 24x7 support operations through rotational shifts and weekend on-call support.
Key Skills:
- 5–8 years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID, and M365 Security & Compliance Center.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of modern authentication and identity lifecycle management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide operational support.
- Experience in configuring security and compliance features within M365.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
