MES Consultant

Investigo have been retained to search and deliver an Infor MES consultant to support a global Infor Transformation programme for a client of ours.

This role will be outside IR35, joining initially on a 3-6month basis.

Infor MES formally known as Lighthouse shopfloor & we're needing a specialised consultant for this role who has experience In Lighthouse across the below areas:

Production Management

• Real Time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking, order planning, schedule execution, and quantity verification.

Quality Control

• Defect tracking, process variation metrics, statistical process control (SPC), and customer complaint logging.

Inventory & Materials

• Warehouse-to-production order transitions, material issuance, and stock movement tracking.

Maintenance & Operations

• Equipment performance monitoring, asset upkeep logs, and work history tracking
