Interim M&A Consultant - Deal Execution (Buy and Build Strategy) - 500-600p/dOur client, a growing professional services business, is seeking an experienced Interim M&A Consultant to support their ambitious buy and build strategy. This role will focus on deal execution in the short term, with a possibility to transition into a full suite of M&A activities including origination and execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage the execution of ongoing and inbound acquisition opportunities.Lead and oversee the end-to-end project management of M&A deals, ensuring smooth execution.Work closely with the internal team to maintain momentum and drive transactions forward.Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and legal processes.Skills and Experience:Proven track record in M&A deal execution, particularly in the context of small to mid-sized companies ( 15-20m revenue).Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.Experience working with SME clients and private client sectors, ideally within professional services.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain focus on delivery.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.If you are an experienced M&A professional with a passion for driving deal execution and supporting ambitious growth strategies, please submit your CV outlining your relevant experience.
