Summary: The Mergers & Acquisitions Manager will lead multiple M&A projects, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple M&A projects, ensuring efficient execution and regulatory compliance
- Oversee the seamless incorporation of acquired businesses into existing structures, including IT, governance, and processes
- Support leadership in uniting teams, fostering collaboration, and maximising post-acquisition value
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring acquisitions deliver long-term commercial benefits
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing acquisitions and post-merger integrations
- Full Qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA ideally
- Strong background in finance/governance projects
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and driving organisational change
