Summary: The Merchandise Planning Manager - Replenishment role involves overseeing replenishment and carry forward planning activities for Accessories and Children's divisions within a luxury fashion brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Global Line Cards and Open to Buy for divisions.
- Deliver Central Collection Open to Buy guidance and provide Seasonal Plans by Region.
- Drive collaboration with Central Merchants on Collection Development.
- Ensure timely delivery of commercial analysis to drive sales and margin.
- Lead divisional Replenishment planning team in the absence of the Senior Manager.
- Review Global Replenishment & Carry Forward Sales and Procurement forecasts.
- Manage Global Replenishment & Carry Forward OTB and adherence to Weeks of Cover targets.
- Evaluate trading with regional teams for in-season management decisions.
- Drive insightful commercial analyses for future collection guidance.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels across stores and hubs.
- Review vendor projections quarterly and annually to support Supply Planning.
- Accountable for Replenishment and Carry Forward assortment strategies.
- Manage a team of 5 people.

- Expertise in Replenishment and Carry Forward planning, including Open to Buy management.
