Summary: The Merchandise Planning Manager - Replenishment role involves overseeing replenishment and carry forward planning activities for Accessories and Children's divisions within a luxury fashion brand. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive collaboration across departments while ensuring financial and creative objectives are met. The role is office-based with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a proactive approach to inventory management and strategic planning. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between various teams and contribute to the overall success of the brand's merchandise strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Global Line Cards and Open to Buy for divisions.
  • Deliver Central Collection Open to Buy guidance and provide Seasonal Plans by Region.
  • Drive collaboration with Central Merchants on Collection Development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of commercial analysis to drive sales and margin.
  • Lead divisional Replenishment planning team in the absence of the Senior Manager.
  • Review Global Replenishment & Carry Forward Sales and Procurement forecasts.
  • Manage Global Replenishment & Carry Forward OTB and adherence to Weeks of Cover targets.
  • Evaluate trading with regional teams for in-season management decisions.
  • Drive insightful commercial analyses for future collection guidance.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels across stores and hubs.
  • Review vendor projections quarterly and annually to support Supply Planning.
  • Accountable for Replenishment and Carry Forward assortment strategies.
  • Manage a team of 5 people.
