Summary: The MEP Revit Co-Ordinator is responsible for leading the development and coordination of MEP models using Revit software, ensuring effective design integration among project teams. This role involves managing BIM standards, conducting clash detection, and producing technical documentation while mentoring junior team members. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to industry regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and coordination of MEP models using Revit software.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.
  • Manage and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the team.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and other coordination tools.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training as needed.
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to design reviews and problem-solving discussions.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, standards, and client requirements.
