Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design coordination, including BIM, for the MEP scope.
- Resolve design and site blockers between shell & core services and fit-out MEP works with proactive, programme-aligned solutions.
- Manage and coordinate the installation sequence for all MEP systems within the package.
- Lead and manage MEP trade contractors, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Prepare scopes and oversee procurement of mechanical, electrical, and public health trade contractors.
- Supervise MEP system installations, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to regulations and Employer’s Requirements.
- Implement robust quality control and safety management procedures.
- Manage budgets and schedules for the MEP package to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Provide progress updates and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, trade partners, and the construction management team.
- Identify any design/ER non-compliance early and propose cost- and programme-efficient solutions.
- Oversee commissioning and ensure a smooth handover from trade contractors to the client.
