  • Issuing weekly targets, reviewing progress, and identifying risks to delivery
  • Challenging delays constructively and identifying what is required to recover or maintain programme
  • Feeding programme updates, constraints, and recovery plans back to the Project Managers for approval and implementation
  • Attending site meetings and coordinating across multiple workstreams

Key Skills:

  • Background in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical disciplines
  • Strong working understanding of all MEP systems, though not necessarily a technical expert in one trade
  • Experience managing or coordinating site programmes
  • Confident communicating with lead engineers and site teams
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Project or similar planning software

Overview

We are working with an established HVAC / Mechanical contractor delivering the full MEP & HVAC package on a complex mixed-use development in Temple.

They are seeking a site-based MEP Programme Manager to work alongside the existing Project Management team, taking ownership of the short-term and finishing programmes and driving day-to-day delivery across all MEP disciplines.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role combining site engagement with programme management.

The Role

The MEP Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the project programme at site level, ensuring weekly targets are understood, achievable, and delivered.
