Summary: The role involves providing tailored mentoring and tutoring for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a child-centered company. Candidates will work part-time with opportunities for remote teaching and will be supported by a dedicated team. The focus is on improving the lives of vulnerable young learners through personalized educational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored mentoring sessions to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other additional needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging and holistic sessions that meet the educational and social-emotional needs of each student.
• Complete mentoring reports and provide feedback on student progress.

Key Skills:

• Professional Qualifications for the Education Industry - Desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with young people.
• Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.
• Understanding of safeguarding processes.
• Enhanced DBS (assistance available for obtaining this).
• Right to work in the UK.
