Summary: The Membership Data Analyst role is a temporary position focused on supporting data-related tasks for a professional membership body, particularly in relation to their annual member survey. The analyst will be responsible for data collection, cleansing, analysis, and reporting to aid in data-driven decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role is expected to last for three months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection and organisation for the annual member survey.
- Data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
- Data analysis to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
- Reporting through visualisations, dashboards, and summarised data findings.
- Ad hoc analysis support for management and other teams.
- Compliance with GDPR and Data Protection laws, maintaining documentation of processes.
