Summary: The Membership Support Administrator role involves providing essential support to members of a professional membership organization, ensuring the smooth operation of membership systems and processes. This position requires proactive engagement with members and internal teams, alongside maintaining accurate membership data and managing applications. The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement and is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills to effectively handle member inquiries and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Trade and Supplier members and the Regions as the initial point of contact for inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to member and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate membership data using CRM systems.
  • Manage new member applications, liaising with Regional Managers.
  • Issue membership packs and certificates.
  • Support TrustMark scheme requirements and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage logo misuse cases.
  • Liaise with internal teams and regional managers.
  • Manage complaints’ records and monthly reporting.
  • Compile monthly statistics and reports for senior management.
  • Provide general administrative support, including ISO9001:2015 compliance documentation.

Key Skills:

  • At least 6 months’ experience with CRM/database management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
  • Understanding of GDPR and handling member data.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-focused and solutions-oriented.
  • Calm under pressure and a collaborative team player.
  • Desirable: Experience in a membership organization or similar environment.
  • Desirable: Involvement in business process improvement or event support.
