Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Director of Human Resources in providing Medical HR services.
- Assist in the development and delivery of the Trust’s Medical Workforce Strategy and policies.
- Lead corporate project work as directed by the Assistant Director of Workforce and OD.
- Implement medical staff contracts and e-job planning.
- Develop recruitment and selection strategies, including international recruitment.
- Oversee the Medical Director Office/Medical HR support team.

To support the Assistant Director of Human Resources in the provision of a high-quality Medical HR service across the Trust. As a member of the Corporate WOD team, the role supports the Medical Director's Office in the development and delivery of the Trust’s Medical Workforce Strategy and policies to ensure that Medical HR services are fully integrated to the needs of the Trust. To lead on corporate pieces of project work as directed by the Assistant Director of Workforce and OD. Projects will include implementation of medical staff contracts, e-job planning, recruitment and selection strategy including international recruitment and non-contract spend. The postholder leads the Medical Director Office/Medical HR support team.
