Summary: The Global Medical Governance and Training Compliance Manager role at a leading pharmaceutical company involves supporting the Global Medical Governance Director in managing Quality Documents and coordinating training related to these documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clear record of medically owned Quality Documents (QD) and their status.
- Manage the review cycle for medically owned QD, ensuring timely updates by Process Owners.
- Coordinate global and local training associated with medically owned QDs.
- Support the operational management of Diagnostic/Patient Support Programs (DSPs/PSPs) and aspects of the Evidence Generation Review Board (EGRB).
Key Skills:
- Hold a Life Science degree.
- Proven experience with Medical Quality Documents within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experienced project manager and effective stakeholder manager.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled at delegation and prioritisation.
- Ability to work through difficult issues and analyse information efficiently.
- Competent with tools/systems such as PowerPoint, Excel, Viso, Veeva, EasyDoc.

There is an opportunity for a Global Medical Governance and Training Compliance Manager to join their Global Strategy, Governance and Operations Department on an initial 12-month contract. Outside IR35 Hybrid / London - 2-3 days onsite, Mondays and Tuesdays
Your new role As the Global Medical Governance and Training Compliance Manager, you will support the Global Medical Governance Director: Maintain a clear record of medically owned Quality Documents (QD) and their statusManage the review cycle for medically owned QD, ensuring they are updated in a timely way by Process Owners. Coordinate global and local training associated with medically owned QDs, ensuring it is: Developed (in collaboration with Process Owners) Assigned appropriately (in collaboration with Medical Leadership Team members, Quality Assurance Representative and Quality Management System team) Distributed and completed in a timely way Support the operational management of Diagnostic/Patient Support Programs (DSPs/PSPs) and specific aspects of the Evidence Generation Review Board (EGRB).
What you'll need to succeed Hold a Life Science degree Proven experience with Medical Quality Documents within the Pharmaceutical industry, i.e. SOP's, WI's, Policy's, processes, training documents etc. You must be an experienced project manager and a proven effective and efficient stakeholder manager. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver concise messages and able to communicate across all levels and cultures Skilled at delegation and prioritisation Ability to work through difficult issues, assimilate and analyse information efficiently Competent with tools / systems, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Viso, Veeva, EasyDoc etc. Integrity, respect, and commitment to patient centricity.
