Summary: The role of Hematologist/Oncologist involves supporting the development of advanced clinical decision-support systems in oncology and hematology. This in-person position in San Francisco requires the application of clinical expertise to review and validate datasets, ensuring the safe integration of AI in cancer care. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and label oncology consult notes, pathology reports, molecular testing results, and treatment plans
- Validate staging, risk stratification, chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens, and supportive care decisions
- Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with NCCN and ASH guidelines
- Review AI-generated summaries and treatment recommendations for safety and appropriateness
- Define annotation standards for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
- Advise on complex or high-risk scenarios, including cytopenias, treatment complications, and relapse/refractory disease
Key Skills:
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
- Active U.S. medical license
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and molecular diagnostics
- Interest in medical AI, informatics, or clinical data validation preferred

About the Role
In this in-person engagement, you will apply subspecialty expertise to review, annotate, and validate oncology and hematology datasets. Your clinical judgment will directly shape the safety, reliability, and guideline alignment of AI-powered medical systems.
