Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs Leads and Directors to manage project activities across an established vaccines portfolio.
- Drive planning, tracking, and execution of medical business plans and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional input, manage RAID logs, and ensure proactive communication with senior stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to best-practice project governance.
Key Skills:
- 3-6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical project management, ideally within Medical Affairs or Regulatory Affairs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed environments.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex priorities.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Planisware, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
