Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, including taking calls and answering queries
  • Assist with processing new registrations onto the database
  • Update the database for patient change of registration status
  • Ensure accuracy of the registration database
  • Assist with patient call and recall systems
  • Filing and retrieving paperwork
  • Assist with distribution of emails and outgoing post
  • Record and maintain all prescription issues within patient electronic records
  • Document all medication reviews in line with practice policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with external organisations, such as pharmacies and hospitals
