Summary: The Media Developer (Generalist) role involves creating high-quality electronic training materials in collaboration with the Instructional Design Team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training media as specified by the Instructional Design Team, adhering to style guides and standards.
• Take ownership of allocated tasks, monitoring progress, quality, and performance while reporting as necessary.
• Participate in team discussions, applying direction and complying with development processes.
• Ensure compliance with the development plan, schedule, and supporting documentation.
• Utilize other toolsets as required by the business, following the agreed approach.

Key Skills:

• Solid / Expert user of Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Comfortable with the development of 2D vector and raster-based graphics.
• Intermediate ability in using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Comfortable using technical and engineering source data for media development.
• Knowledge of developing technical training content for military material is ideal.
• Good understanding of how individual activities integrate into the media development team.
