Responsibilities

  • Work with the European marketing teams to increase our corporate visibility.
  • Handle the media buying for Zoho's European marketing campaigns.
  • Our focus countries are UK, France, Germany, Spain and Netherlands but this will expand over time.
  • Media channels are varied and may include (but are not limited to) Out-Of-Home, media publishers, web sites, transport companies, office spaces, trade associations and local councils.
  • Reduce the number of middlemen and agencies between Zoho and the inventory-holders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and evolve our activities.
  • Pro-actively seek out new and innovative channels to increase awareness in the region.
  • Manage a budget of $xm across Europe
  • Report to European Head of Marketing.
  • Work closely with Marketing Leaders in Zoho Europe.
  • Build relationships with industry bodies that would further enhance Zoho's brand in the designated territories.

Requirements

  • Preferably, 2-4 years of relevant media-buying experience, ideally with a technology or software company.
  • Being able to present media plans.
  • Having a good reporting system (using own system or 3rd party tools): which activities are happening when; costs; results.
  • Good negotiator - rate card is not an option.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
  • Another European language would be advantageous.
