Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical, stress, load, and acceleration testing
- Perform design changes and updates using SolidWorks
- Write clear, concise, and technically sound reports
- Apply principles of Design of Experiments (DoE) to testing and validation
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve engineering challenges
Key Skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Experience with mechanical testing methodologies
- Ability to write detailed technical reports
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Aerospace or lighting experience is beneficial but not essential
