Key Responsibilities:

- Enforce and uphold site health & safety procedures throughout all works
- Conduct toolbox talks, inductions and briefings for site personnel
- Liaise with the client, main contractor and subcontractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate site records, RAMS compliance documentation and daily reports
Key Skills:
- SMSTS or SSSTS — valid and in-date (essential)
- Proven experience managing large M&E site teams
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice
- Background in plumbing, pipefitting, ductfitting or related mechanical trades (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working on live, occupied commercial sites preferred
- Right to work in the UK

The opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a contract role on a large commercial site in Tooting, South London. Working pattern
Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:30. Weekend shifts are available and may be required, providing excellent additional earning potential for the right candidate.
