  • Day to day management of all mechanical works on site
  • Organise labour and subcontractors
  • Materials and schedule planning
  • Maintain site diary and updates of progress on site

Key Skills:

  • Current JIB/CSCS card and any supervisor/manager tickets/qualifications
  • Relevant site management/project manager experience on high value mixed use construction projects

Mechanical Site Manager

We are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join our client on a commercial installation project in Birmingham starting asap. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading M&E contractor working on an exciting mixed use development. We are looking for someone able to manage the project on the ground and in the office. Perfect role if looking to step up from site manager to project manager or an experienced mechanical site manager willing and capable dealing with the client/ sub contractors and back office on site.

Role Details

Commercial construction project/ mixed use development

Working hours 7.30am-5pm Mon to Thurs/ 7.30-3.30/4pm Friday

Package £60/£70k depending on experience/ qualifications 12 months + duration with further contracts to follow
