Summary: The Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a £3m mechanical package in Bristol City Centre. This role involves managing a team of 25-30 operatives across various HVAC and building services disciplines. The position is a 12-month freelance contract, reporting to the Visiting Project Director. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mechanical site management within the construction industry.
