Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements, identifying scope and key deliverables
- Develop detailed project scopes based on site conditions and client requirements
- Produce cost proposals and manage project budgets effectively
- Create and interpret mechanical drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
- Manage project delivery from design through to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with health & safety and industry standards
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services or FM environments
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- Experience with lightweight design and the ability to develop practical, buildable solutions
- Ability to carry out site assessments and translate findings into clear project scopes
- Experience producing cost proposals and managing project finances
- Competent in producing or reviewing mechanical drawings

The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and commercial awareness, working closely with stakeholders to develop scopes, manage costs, and ensure successful project execution.
