Key Responsibilities:

- Managing design coordination, technical submissions, and procurement.
- Ensuring QA, commissioning, and handover documentation is completed to healthcare standards.
- Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues.
- Attending client, design, and progress meetings.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering mechanical works on healthcare projects.
- Background working for an M&E or Mechanical Contractor.
- Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
- SMSTS or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HTM standards and healthcare regulations.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
