Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of mechanical services delivery across multiple fit-out projects
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure effective coordination
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and resource management
- Monitor progress, financials, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Report directly to the Project Director
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects
- Strong background with M&E or building services contractors
- Excellent technical and commercial understanding of mechanical systems and project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
- SMSTS and CSCS qualifications preferred
- Immediate availability

The Role
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring all mechanical works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
