Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site team and subcontractors to ensure top safety standards and overall project performance.
- Build and manage a competent team, overseeing development, performance, and motivation.
- Oversee all project phases including design, procurement, manufacture, and installation, ensuring smooth coordination on and off site.
- Chair key meetings, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide clear, timely reporting.
- Support procurement, manage third-party involvement, and resolve issues efficiently to meet project objectives.
Key Skills:
- Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher (e.g., Site Supervision, ONC, HNC).
- Experience managing construction sites, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of RAMS and CDM regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Clean and Wastewater operations (Water Utility companies) - desirable.
- Familiarity with NEC contract management - desirable.
- Ability to read construction programmes and provide updates - desirable.
