Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preconstruction activities in the London office for the first 6 months.
- Manage the delivery of M&E packages on-site at Highpoint Prison.
- Engage in early design development and procurement processes.
- Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with a team of mechanical, electrical, and renewable energy experts.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience in delivering M&E packages, preferably with custodial or high-security project experience.
- Possession of a black CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Proactive leadership skills with a focus on quality.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Newmarket after the preconstruction phase.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

You’ll spend the first 6 months in the London office overseeing preconstruction before moving on site near Newmarket. Expect plenty of variety, from early design development and procurement to hands-on delivery and handover. No two weeks will be quite the same.
