This role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings and plant rooms, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.
Key duties include:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- HVAC maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, boilers and chillers
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
- Water systems and drainage maintenance
- Working alongside electrical engineers and specialist contractors
- Completing maintenance and compliance documentation
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
