Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed design
- Material selection, hand calculation, rotor dynamics
- Conceptual design, 3D and 2D modelling
- BOM and gear data generation
- Concession/Non-conformance assessment and resolution
Key Skills:
- Structural design practices and methodologies
- Design for heavy industry, power transmission systems, gear or gearboxes
- 3D CAD package, ideally Solid Edge
- Educational background to a degree level in Engineering or a related field

This role is for Mechanical Design Engineers—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Detailed design
- Material selection, hand calculation, rotor dynamics
- Conceptual design, 3D and 2D modelling
- BOM and gear data generation
- Concession/Non-conformance assessment and resolution
The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:
- Structural design practices and methodologies
- Design for heavy industry, power transmission systems, gear or gearboxes
- 3D CAD package, ideally Solid Edge
- Educational background to a degree level in Engineering or a related field
