Mechanical Coordinator

Summary: The Mechanical Coordinator role focuses on site completion planning and the implementation of Mechanical Completion (MC) processes and systems. The position requires coordinating MC activities in alignment with project plans and executing quality and testing plans for site activities. A strong background in construction, particularly in the power or energy sector, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site completion planning, reviewing, and interpreting Mechanical Completion (MC) requirements.
• Implementing the site completion process and systems.
• Identifying all MC activities and aligning with project plans (SQP, SMP, Completion Plan).
• Executing the Quality Plans, master test plan, and completion system status for site activities as required.
• Executing the Site MC strategy/Plan for the project.
• Coordinating and managing the MC/QC activities towards the time schedule and different contractual milestones.

Key Skills:

• Significant experience within (heavy) construction sites or operations.
• Experience within the power or energy sector is highly desirable.
• Strong background in overseeing site inspection activities.
• Knowledge of construction codes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Salary (Rate): £65.53/hr
