Summary: We are looking for experienced Maximo Developers to join a high-performing agile delivery team for an initial 3-month contract in Manchester. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days on-site each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Maximo development, configuration and technical fixes within an agile delivery model.
• Lead and contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with Maximo best practice and future platform capabilities.
• Participate effectively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives.
• Produce code and configuration to a consistently high standard.
• Provide consultancy-level guidance on Maximo capabilities and roadmap, supporting discussions with business stakeholders.
• Work proactively identifying improvements, raising clarifying questions, suggesting options and supporting continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly and confidently on technical issues, solution approaches and progress updates.
